Genevieve's existing for-profit practice. Transcendfit licenses its proprietary Dynamic Flourishing Hierarchy framework to HELPP royalty-free, for charitable use only. Transcendfit retains all commercial rights to that IP.
Charitable funds donated to HELPP are never used to subsidize Transcendfit's commercial ventures. This firewall is structural, not aspirational.
